The status light should be green. The power light should be red. The warn light will be on when the unit boots up, but will eventually flash nine times and then go away when it is online. The link light will be on if you have a CAT5 cable plugged into the unit and the ATM.
For Genmega machines, install the latest ATM software and enable the MAC Sync feature. If you do that, you can program the machine per our recommended programming settings on the Programming Guide that comes with your devices. For Hyosung machines, you must program the machine the same way you would if you had a native TCP/IP connection at the location. Yes the wireless box will still work with those settings.
a. The cell mode lights indicate which frequency of communication is currently being utilized. The C mode light indicates that the most primitive frequency, 1xRTT , is available for fall back.
b. The B light is preferred, this light indicates that the 3g signal is present, which is extremely reliable and efficient for the processing of ATM transactions.
c. The A light will only be present on new 4g devices where a 4g signal is present.
